The issue is whether a four-way stop was warranted at the intersection of Montgomery Avenue and Church Street.

Project Write-up & Data Provided

A site visit was conducted as well as a review of crash date. A meeting was held with Mr. Miller. The conclusion of our investigation was that the current right-of-way traffic control is appropriate. Specifically, a four-way stop would not be appropriate.
